link"Last year was a shock for him," Mitchell said of Araujo, who last season committed more than twice as many personal fouls (157) as he did successful feild goals (76). "I keep telling people, I'm not down on Rafael. Sometimes you need to fail before you can be successful."

I have great faith in Hoffa. Ppl are always bashing him because he commits atleast 2 fouls within the first 1/4. I don't care, he always goes out there and gives his best. Unlike some cough*Vince*cough

I'm glad to see mitchell hasn't given up on hoffa just yet.. sign of a good coach. If hoffa can be a 10 and 10 guy sometime in the next 3 years then he's worth the work. We aint gonna trade him off on anybody so all we can do is work with him

It's really great to see that Mitchell doesn't give up on his young players and still has faith in Hoffa. I see Hoffa improving with more playing time this upcoming season.
